We are located right in Gopalganj, tucked away in a spot that isn't too hard to find once you know the area. Our setup here at Recron Agritech is pretty simple. We spend most of our time dealing with the technical side of farming and agriculture tools. It gets pretty loud sometimes when things are moving in and out of the space. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of paperwork. We’ve been around this part of Bihar for a bit now. People come by when they have questions about their land or what they should be using for the next planting cycle. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the phones don't work great, so people just walk in. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One day I’m looking at records, the next I’m helping move supplies. That’s just how it goes in a place like this. We don’t bother with fancy slogans or anything like that. We just do the job. The weather here can get really hot, which slows things down, but we push through. Our neighbors are good people, and we all kind of look out for each other. It’s a decent place to work, even if it gets a little chaotic during the busy season. We just take it one day at a time.
