Jeevananand Micrope Foundation

Our group is based out in the village of Nikarikarampur, specifically at number 38. Jeevananand Micrope Foundation is a small setup. Being in a village means we know everyone around here. It isn’t like the big cities where nobody talks to their neighbors. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or sitting on the porch talking to people. The work we do here is mostly about helping people manage small things. It is quiet in Nikarikarampur, except for the usual village sounds of animals and tractors. We do not have a shiny office with glass walls. Our office is just a room with some basic furniture and a lot of registers. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait, but we just use that time to talk. It is a very human way of doing business. We started this foundation because we live here and saw things that needed doing. We are not trying to change the whole world or anything, just helping out in our little corner of the village. If you come by Nikarikarampur 38, you will probably find one of us drinking tea or looking over some papers. There are not any big signs or advertisements for us. We just exist here and do what we can. It is a simple life, and the work reflects that. We value the relationships we have built with the local families over the years. It has been a long time since we started, and we stay here.
