G S R U CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is a local company based in the village of Tola Baraune, which is part of the Pandarak block. We are located at the residence of Pramila Devi. This is a very rural area, and our work is mostly centered around the local needs of the village and the surrounding panchayat. We don't have a big city office with computers and air conditioning. It is just a regular village house where we manage our construction tasks. Pramila Devi is a key part of our setup here in Village Tola Baraune Bathoi. We do things the old-fashioned way, mostly through personal connections and knowing everyone in the block. When we have a construction job, we hire local workers and get the materials delivered to the site, which can be a bit of a challenge on the narrow village roads.
