French Oven Bakers Private Limited is located in a small village called Shisho. The post office is also Shisho, so it is pretty easy to remember when you are sending anything our way. Shoaib Ahmed Khan is the one who handles the day to day things around here. We are not a big chain or anything like that, just a local bakery in the village. We liked the name French Oven, even though we are just here in Shisho doing our regular daily work in Bihar. The workspace is simple and it gets the job done for us. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the stuff we really need to bake the products. The village life is quiet, and we spend most of our time inside the bakery anyway. Sometimes the goats or cows walk past the door while we are working, and that is just normal for us. Shoaib is usually around if anyone needs anything or if a delivery shows up. We don't spend money on advertising or making ourselves look bigger than we actually are. We are just a small team of people who know how to work an oven and keep things moving. The address is easy to find once you get into the village area of Shisho. It is just us and the smell of the bread every morning. We have been doing this for a while and we just keep at it because it is what we know how to do. It is an honest way to spend the day.
