Sparsh Clinic Gondia

Sparsh Clinic Gondia is located on the road near the Girls College. Being in the Gondia district, we get a lot of people coming in from the nearby villages as well as the town. The road outside is usually full of students walking to their classes, especially in the mornings and mid-afternoon. It makes the area feel very lively. Our clinic is just a simple shopfront really. We have a metal shutter that we roll up every morning. Inside, there’s a small partition that separates the waiting area from the back room. The paint is peeling a little bit near the ceiling because of the dampness from the last monsoon, but it’s mostly okay. We have a big desk where we keep all the records in thick paper files. There’s a small fan on the desk that oscillates and makes a clicking sound every time it turns to the left. We don't have fancy furniture, just what we need to get through the day. The chairs are mismatched, some are plastic and one is an old office chair with a torn cushion. People come in, sit down, and wait their turn. It’s a very local atmosphere. We know the shopkeepers on both sides of us. It’s just a regular part of the street here in Gondia where we go to work every day. Even when it’s raining hard, we usually have a few people waiting under the awning outside for their appointment.
