Sgm Buildcon Private Limited is based in Gondia, right in the State Bank Colony. Our address is a bit simpler than some of the big city ones, but we like it that way. We don't have any high-tech gadgets or modern art on the walls; it’s mostly just calendars, maps of the local area, and stacks of invoices. Being in the State Bank Colony means it is a bit more relaxed than the main market areas. We know most of the people who walk by, and sometimes they stop in for a quick chat. Our work is pretty straightforward—we build things. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers for sand, cement, and bricks.
