P M A Pharma is located over in the New Civil Court Officer Colony area in Gondia. Our address is a bit long on paper—New Civil Court Officer Colonytiroragondia—but locally we are just known as the shop near the officers' quarters. It's a bit more of a professional neighborhood than some other parts of town. We get a mix of people coming in, some from the court and some from the nearby houses. The atmosphere is generally quite calm compared to the main market. We keep the shop organized, but with all the boxes coming in from the distributors, there is usually a bit of a mess in the corner. We don't mind. It shows we are busy. The building we are in is sturdy and keeps the heat out fairly well during the peak of summer. We start our day by sweeping the front and checking the new arrivals. Gondia can be a slow place sometimes, but we like the rhythm of it. We don't have any big slogans or fancy displays. The shelves are just metal and wood, filled with whatever is in demand. Our staff has been around for a while, so we know the routine. When the court is in session, things get a bit more hectic with people moving around. Otherwise, it is just a steady flow of work. We make sure the registers are balanced and the stock is counted every evening. It is just what we do every single day here.
