Namita Buildcon (Opc) Private Limited

Our place is at H. No. 1906/1 on Morgaon Road in Arjuni. We are in the Gondiya district, which is a bit of a different pace compared to the big cities like Mumbai. This is an OPC, so it is a one-person operation mostly, but we still handle a lot of buildcon work in the local area. Gondiya-441701 is where we call home. The office is part of the house, which makes it easy to start work early in the morning. Morgaon Road is a familiar route for everyone around here. We deal with small construction projects and help people get their homes or shops built. It is a lot of talking to laborers and making sure the bricks and cement arrive on time. Sometimes the logistics in a place like Arjuni can be a bit tricky, but we manage. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a straightforward business where we take one job at a time. The local community knows us, and we mostly get work through word of mouth. It is about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. There is always some paperwork to do for the government, which takes up time, but the real joy is seeing a wall go up or a roof getting finished. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy throughout the year. We are just local people building for other local people.
