It’s a bit of a distance from the main Warli office in Mumbai, but we handle a lot of the local movement from this Maharashtra location. Working in Gondia is different from the big city. Things are a little slower, but the work is just as steady. We spend our time coordinating transport and making sure the supplies get to where they are supposed to go. Our building in the I.T.I Colony isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep the records and answer the phones. The staff here consists of locals who know the roads well. We don’t have a lot of corporate fluff around the office. It’s just desks, some old chairs, and the sound of trucks nearby. People often stop by to ask for directions or to drop off documents. We’ve grown used to the routine of Govindpur Road. It’s a practical environment for logistics. We focus on the daily tasks like checking manifests and talking to the warehouse teams. It’s not always pretty, and the paperwork can pile up on the corners of the desks, but we manage to stay on top of things. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us here in the colony.
