Jindal Stainless Limited

Our place is in the Sindhi Colony area of Gondia, right near the Mata Temple. You can’t miss it if you know where Dr. P N Galani’s spot is. Being so close to the temple, we hear the bells and the music every day, which is actually quite nice while we’re working. This is the 441601 area, and we take care of the Jindal Stainless Limited side of things here. It’s a modest setup, nothing like those big corporate offices you see in Mumbai. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of paper. Stainless steel is what we know, so that’s what we talk about all day. The office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we just open the windows and keep going. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly it’s just calendars and maybe a photo of the family. The people who work here are locals who understand how things get done in Gondia. We handle the orders as they come in and try to make sure nobody is waiting too long. It’s a practical atmosphere where common sense matters more than anything else. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us sorting through delivery notes or talking to a driver on the phone. It’s just a regular local business office doing its part in the steel industry. We don't try to be anything we aren't.
