Janta Kirana Store

Janta Kirana Store is right in the bazar area of Village Hardattpur. We are under the Asauji post in Harnahi tehsil. A good way to find us is to look for the Dnyaneshwar Mahavidyalaya, as we are located quite close to the college. Having the college nearby means we get a lot of students coming in to buy pens, notebooks, or snacks between their classes. It makes the shop feel very energetic during the day. The rest of our customers are families from Hardattpur who need their monthly rations like flour, dal, and rice. We keep everything in big sacks or on the shelves that line the walls. The bazar gets very crowded on market days, and our little store is usually right in the middle of all the noise. We do not have any air conditioning or fancy decorations. It is just a stone floor and wooden counters. We spend the day measuring out goods and talking to the people who come in. Sometimes we run out of certain items because the transport from the main city takes a few days. We just tell people to come back later. It is a very normal, local way of running things. We know most people by name and they know us. The store has been part of the bazar for a long time, and we just keep doing the same routine every morning to night, serving the village and the students alike.
