Even though we are tied to the Kalmeshwar site in Nagpur, this particular office is actually situated in Tirora, over in the Gondia district. We are right by the new bus stop, specifically at Plot Number 07 in the Chhatrapati Shahu Colony. Being near the bus stop means there is always people moving about and a bit of noise from the horns and engines. It’s a convenient location for the staff who travel in from other parts of the district. The building is simple and doesn't stand out much from the other houses in the colony. Inside, it’s all about the business. We have rows of files and old wooden desks. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We focus on the steel industry work, mostly handling the local administration and logistics. The summer heat in Gondia can be quite something, so we keep the ceiling fans running at full speed all day long. We’ve got a small area for guests to sit, though we don't get too many walk-ins. Mostly it's just the same crew every day. We know each other's habits and who is likely to be late when it rains. It’s an honest, hardworking environment. We don’t go for anything fancy. We just do what we are supposed to do and head home at the end of the day.
