Our place, Global Industries Offshore Llc, is located in Gondia. We are in the ICT Complex, Shop No 2, on Girls College Road. It’s in the Ansari Ward area. Gondia is a smaller place compared to the big metros, so life here is a bit slower. Being on Girls College Road means there are always students walking by, and the area is quite lively. The office is just a shop front in the complex. We handle offshore industrial work, which might seem strange for a place like Gondia, but we make it work from here. Inside, it’s mostly desks with computers and some technical manuals. We spend our days coordinating with people in different locations. It’s a lot of logistics and planning. The office is small, so we have to be careful with how we use the space. We know the other shop owners in the complex and usually chat with them during breaks. Maharashtra summers can be tough, so we keep the fan on high and try to stay productive. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or anything. It's just a few of us making sure the industrial projects we are involved in stay on track. It is a quiet, steady kind of work life here in Ansari Ward. We usually lock up the shop around six and walk down the road to grab some snacks before heading home for the day.
