Gajanan Food Products

We run Gajanan Food Products out of Vyahad Buj, which is in the Saoli Tehsil. It is a small setup, nothing like those big factories you see in the cities. We mostly focus on making local food items that people in this area like to eat. Our place is right in the village, so we are surrounded by our neighbors and friends. We started this because we wanted to do something with the local produce we have around here. It is a lot of handwork, and we spend most of our time in the kitchen area prepping and packing things. It gets pretty hot in there during the summer, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We don't use any fancy preservatives or anything, just simple ingredients that we can get our hands on easily. The people in Saoli know us well, and they often stop by the post office area near us to pick things up. We aren't trying to sell all over the country or anything. We just want to make good stuff for the people around Vyahad Buj. Some days we are busier than others, especially when there's a festival or a big event coming up. We have a few local women who help us out with the packing when things get really busy. It is a modest business, but it keeps us all fed and occupied. We like the work we do.
