Even though our company name says Pune, we are actually out in Arjuni Morgaon, which is in the Gondia district. It’s a very different pace of life out here compared to the big cities. Our address is basically the local post office area, At-Post-Tah-Arjuni Morgaon. Being in this part of Maharashtra means we are surrounded by a lot more green and a lot less concrete. The office is a simple building that serves as our main base. We don't have fancy signage or a glass front. It’s more of a practical workspace where we deal with our engineering tasks and paperwork. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes when the weather is bad, but we manage to get our emails out eventually. We are quite far from the main industrial hubs, so we have to be very organized with our supplies and files. Everyone in the village knows where we are, so we don't often get lost visitors. The mornings are quiet, mostly just the sound of local traffic and the occasional cow wandering nearby. We keep our files in big metal cupboards and we have a few old wooden tables that we’ve used for years. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a canteen or anything, so we all bring our lunches from home and eat together. It’s a small, tight-knit group of us here, and we like the quiet atmosphere of Gondia. It’s just a plain office in a small town.
