Drdm Mart Private Limited

We are located over on Awanti Chowkring Road in Gondiya. Drdm Mart Private Limited is basically just a local operation run by a few of us. If you know the ring road area, you have probably passed by the building. Gondiya is not a massive city, so news usually travels by word of mouth rather than fancy papers. We spend most of our time checking what is left on the shelves and making sure everything is where it should be for the next day. It is a lot of manual work, honestly, moving boxes and checking lists. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the late afternoons, so we usually keep the shutters halfway down to keep the heat out. There is always someone coming in to chat for a minute or pick something up on their way home. We do not really have a big corporate structure or managers in suits. It is just a few people making sure the mart stays running. The traffic on the ring road can be a real headache during peak hours, but it brings people past our door. We have a system for the shelves, even if it looks a bit cluttered to someone who does not work here. It is our space, and we know where every single item is kept. Sometimes we stay late to finish the paperwork, which is the part I like the least. We just do our best every day.
