Devkinandan Ice Cream

Devkinandan Ice Cream is situated at Plot No. 1608, right at the A Moad by Sakoli Corner. It’s a corner spot, so we see everyone passing through this part of the area. We’ve been operating here for a bit, and it’s mostly just us trying to keep up with the demand when the sun is out. The shop isn’t anything special to look at, just a regular place with a few benches outside. We spend a lot of our mornings checking the inventory and making sure the deliveries arrived on time. Sometimes the truck is late and we have to apologize to the regulars who come looking for their favorite flavor. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just ice cream in a cup or a cone. The traffic at Sakoli Corner can get pretty loud, especially in the afternoons, but inside the shop, it’s mostly just the sound of the fans and the fridge. Kids from the neighborhood usually show up around four o'clock. We know most of them by name by now. It’s a steady kind of work, and we like being part of the daily routine around here. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how the machines work. We keep things clean and hope the power stays on through the night. That’s about it for us. We just sell ice cream to whoever stops by.
