We spend our days milling rice and making sure everything is clean and ready for sale. The sound of the mill is something you get used to pretty quickly; it’s just the background of our lives. Ingle Chowk is usually bustling with activity, which keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a big corporate office or a marketing department. Our office is just a small corner of the mill where we keep our records and take a break now and then. It’s a lot of hard work, often dusty and hot, but we’ve been doing it for years.
