Agrasen Hospital

Agrasen Hospital is situated right at Subodh Chowk in Ganesh Nagar. If you know the area, it’s a fairly busy intersection. The hospital has been around for a few years, serving the people living in the surrounding streets. It’s a modest building, nothing too grand. We have several departments, but it all feels pretty small-scale and local. The nurses live close by, and they’ve been with us for a long time. We handle a lot of different cases, mostly just the usual stuff that comes up in a residential neighborhood. The lobby is often full of families waiting for news. We try to keep the noise down, but with the traffic at Subodh Chowk, it’s always a bit noisy outside. We have some beds for overnight stays if someone needs to be watched closely. It’s not a corporate place; it’s more of a community fixture. We deal with things as they come. Sometimes we run out of chairs in the waiting area, so people stand outside on the porch. We just focus on the work at hand. It’s a practical place for people in Ganesh Nagar to come when they aren't feeling well. We don't have a fancy canteen, just a tea machine in the corner that works most of the time. The staff brings their own lunch and we eat together in the small break room when it’s quiet. We usually close the main gate around 9 PM.
