We are located on the first floor of the Gupta Complex in Gondiya. Our office is Shop Number 441601 in the Lohia Ward. Shri Anand Kamalkishor Agrawal is one of the people you will see if you come by. The Gupta Complex is a busy spot with lots of different businesses. We have a couple of rooms where we keep all the files for our Nidhi company. It is a lot of paperwork because we have to keep track of everything for our members. We don't have any fancy software that does it all for us. We do a lot of it by hand and on a basic computer. It is a quiet office once you get away from the street noise. People from Lohia Ward come in to check on their accounts or to join up. We try to be helpful and explain how things work without using any confusing language. We are just local people working in Gondiya. We don't have a big corporate office in some other city. Everything happens right here on the first floor. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait for it to come back and keep working. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We just want to do a good job for the people who trust us with their savings. It is a steady business and we like the people here.
