We operate out of Ambardi, right near the Bhuneshwari Temple. It’s a quiet area compared to the big city, but we stay pretty busy with the bearings business. Our shelves are lined with all sorts of metal bearings for different types of machines and vehicles that farmers and mechanics use. It’s a dusty business sometimes, as these parts can be heavy and covered in grease. People from the surrounding villages come to us when they need a specific part for their tractors or workshop equipment. We spend a lot of time identifying the right sizes and types because there are so many variations and it's easy to get them mixed up. The temple is a good landmark, so people never really get lost finding us. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of the locals know our faces and stop by for a chat. It’s not a high-tech shop with computers everywhere. It’s more of a traditional place where you come in, tell us what’s broken, and we see if we have the part in the back to fix it. Sometimes we have to order things in, which takes a few days to arrive. We don't have a website with a fancy shopping cart; it’s mostly face-to-face or over the phone. The pace of life in Ambardi is a bit slower, which we like. We just focus on keeping the inventory organized.
