Uratom Solar India is based out in Jamwadi, specifically at G.I.D.C.-2 in the Rajkot district. We are at plot number 100, which is right near the Ishwar Oil Mill. If you’ve ever been to an industrial estate like GIDC, you know what it’s like—lots of dust, lots of machinery, and everyone is busy doing something. We fit right in. Our place is more of a workshop and warehouse than a fancy office. We’ve got solar water heaters and other equipment stacked up everywhere. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where the real work happens. We’ve been here in Rajkot for years, and we know the local conditions pretty well. We don’t have a PR department or anyone to write pretty speeches for us. We just make the products and send them out. Most of the staff here have grown up in the area, so we have a good connection with the local community. We don't use high-level sales tactics. If you need a solar heater, we show you what we have and tell you the price. There’s no hidden stuff. It’s hot work, especially in the summer, but we keep the machines running and the orders moving. We just take things one day at a time and try to do right by the people who buy from us. We don’t mind the noise or the long hours as long as we stay busy.
