Arise Precision Casting

Down here at Survey No. 215/p1, right by the Ribada Railway Station Road, things stay pretty hot and noisy. We do precision casting, which involves a lot of melting metal and pouring it into molds. It’s a messy job sometimes, and the guys on the floor usually have grease on their clothes by noon. Being near the Ribada Chowkadi makes it easier for the trucks to bring in raw materials. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just a bunch of us who know how to handle the furnaces and the molds. The building itself is practical, built to handle the heat and the weight of the equipment. Gundasara is where we’ve set up shop, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the railway nearby. Every day is about checking the quality of the parts we make. If a casting isn't right, we have to do it over. There isn't much time for sitting around. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable place where the work gets done correctly. Sometimes the power goes out or a mold breaks, and we just deal with it as it comes. It's honest work that requires a lot of sweat and attention to detail. Most of our workers have been with us for years, so they know the machines better than anyone else does. The floor is rough and the work is hard, but it's what we know how to do best.
