Giriraj Electricals

We are over at Shop No. 35 in the Tar Complex. Most people know the area near Sardar Chowk or the Trikoniya spot. It can be a bit of a squeeze getting through the traffic on Jetpur Road sometimes, but we are right there inside the complex. Giriraj Electricals is basically a place filled with wires, bulbs, and all those small parts that keep the lights on. It is not a huge shop, but we pack a lot into the shelves. Usually, it is just us behind the counter, looking through boxes for a specific fuse or a length of cable someone needs for their house. The fans are always humming. We get a lot of locals walking in from the neighborhood. Some stay for a chat, others are in a rush. We don't spend much time on fancy displays. If you need something fixed or a part for a project, we probably have it tucked away somewhere. The day usually goes by fast. Between answering questions and checking the inventory, there is always something to do. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the door open to get a breeze from the Trikoniya side. It is just a regular electrical shop, nothing more. We have been in this complex long enough that the walls feel familiar. It is just about getting through the daily list of chores and helping out whoever walks through the door.
