You can find us out in Village Belsar, at the place marked Kailash Nath in the Gonda district. It’s a very rural spot and the roads getting here can be a bit rough, especially after it rains and the mud gets thick. The office is basically just a small building we use to manage the local projects in this part of Uttar Pradesh. There is a lot of green around us and you can hear the animals from the nearby farms while we are working. It’s a far cry from a city office with glass walls; we have concrete floors and simple ceiling fans that hum all day. We spend most of our time dealing with local logistics and making sure the supplies get to the right spots. Since we are in a village, everyone knows who we are and what we are doing. The internet can be a bit patchy sometimes, so we still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way with pens and logbooks. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes to escape the stuffiness of the indoor rooms. It’s a slow pace of life in Belsar, but the work we do keeps us busy enough. We don't have any big corporate signs, just a small place where we keep our tools and our records while we try to get the jobs finished.
