We have been running Poorvanchal Food Products Pvt. Ltd for a while now over in the Industrial Area near Chittoura village. If you know the Gonda Road area, you probably know how busy it gets with all the trucks moving in and out during the day. Our place is right there in the middle of that noise. Most mornings start early before the sun is even fully up because there is always something that needs to be moved or checked in the warehouse. The staff mostly comes from the nearby villages and we all just get on with the work. It is not a fancy setup with glass windows or anything like that. It is just a regular factory floor with machines running and people wearing aprons and hairnets. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of getting things delivered on time. Sometimes the electricity acts up or a truck gets delayed on the road, which is just how things go around here. We just focus on the daily tasks of processing and packing. The air inside always smells like the grain or whatever batch we are working on that specific day. It is a lot of hard work and staying on your feet for hours. We keep our paperwork in a small office that gets a bit dusty from the road traffic. It is a simple operation where we try to keep things moving without too much fuss.
