We are situated in Gonda, right near the PCF Godam and Falahari Baba in the Civil Lines area. Our address is 982/2 and it’s a pretty well-known spot for the locals. Otis Con Serve is a company that handles various technical and construction services around this region of Uttar Pradesh. It’s not a very big operation, but we stay busy with the work that comes our way. Gonda is a growing town and we see new stuff going up every week. We started this because there was a need for people who actually show up on time and do the work. Our office is simple, just some chairs and a desk where we handle the bills and talk to clients. Most of the time, though, you’ll find us out in the field. We deal with a lot of different types of maintenance and building work. It’s the kind of job where you get your hands dirty every single day. We don’t go in for big corporate speeches or anything like that. We just talk plain and tell you what’s possible. Sometimes things break or the materials don't arrive on time, and we just have to deal with it as it happens. That's life in this business. We've been here for a while and the people around Civil Lines know us well. It’s a quiet life mostly, just working hard and keeping things moving forward.
