Insaf Rice Mills

Insaf Rice Mills is located right on the Main Road in Navabganj. It is a busy spot, and you can't really miss the sound of the mill if you are passing by. We have been working out of this location for quite some time now. Navabganj is a place where people know each other, so we see a lot of the same farmers coming back season after season. The work is seasonal, so some months are much crazier than others. When the rice is ready, we are working late into the night under the big lights. The smell of raw rice is everywhere here. Our building is old but sturdy, and it has seen a lot of tons of grain pass through its doors. We don't bother with fancy signs or anything. People know us by our name and where we sit on the road. The staff is local, and we usually have lunch together in the back when there is a break in the milling. It gets dusty, and the machinery needs a lot of grease and attention, but that’s the life of a mill owner. We keep things simple. If you need rice, you come to the mill. We don't do much advertising because the word of mouth around Navabganj is usually enough. It’s just us, the machines, and the grain. We keep at it every single day without making a big fuss.
