Faiz Property

Faiz Property is located on the Main Road in Daduwa Bazar. If you know where Gandhi Park is, we are just a short walk from there. It is a very active area with lots of people moving back and forth all day long. Being on the main road means there is always something going on outside our window. The office is tucked away in a spot that stays relatively cool even when it is hot outside. We have been here for a bit now, just handling local property matters for the folks in this neighborhood. Most of the time, it is just us drinking tea and looking through listings or chatting with people who drop in. The bazar is noisy, which is fine because it makes the day go by faster. We keep things pretty simple here. There are some old filing cabinets and a couple of wooden chairs for visitors. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know the local streets and who owns what. Daduwa Bazar has changed a lot over the years, but the main road stays the same kind of busy. Sometimes people come in looking for shops and other times they want a small house near the park. We just try to help them out with whatever information we have on hand. It is not complicated work, just takes a lot of patience and knowing the right people. Anyway, that is pretty much what goes on here daily in our little corner of the market.
