We are located at 1198/1 in Civil Lines, right on Railway Station Road in Gonda. You can hear the trains passing by throughout the day, which becomes a sort of background noise after a while. Benzyl Pharmaceuticals Private Limited has been operating from this Kachehari area for a bit now. The location is convenient because it's easy for people to find us, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare on the busy road. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves of medicine and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on the phone with distributors and checking the manifest. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. The dust from the road gets inside sometimes, so we are always wiping down the counters. We have a small team here, and we all know our roles pretty well. One person handles the loading, someone else does the books, and we all help out with the cleaning. It’s a very hands-on environment. There isn't any fancy lobby or receptionist; if you walk in, you'll probably just see one of us middle of a task. We just try to stay organized and keep the business moving.
