Ashram Parampara Foundation

We are based out of Jigana, specifically in the Palpurwa area of Gonda. Ashram Parampara Foundation runs from the home of Rakesh Mishra, who is the son of Ram Achal Mishra. It’s a very local thing, rooted right here in Uttar Pradesh. We don't have a shiny office building in a big city. Instead, we work from this familiar spot where everyone knows each other. Life in Gonda moves at its own pace, and we just try to fit into that. There’s a lot to do, and we mostly just get on with it without making a fuss. Being out here means we’re close to the people we talk to every day. It’s practical for us. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, but that’s just how it is in the village. We handle our paperwork and meetings right here. It’s not about being a big organization with a lot of money. It’s more about being part of the community. We've lived here our whole lives, so starting this foundation felt like a natural step. We keep things straightforward. No fancy talk, no big promises, just daily effort. If you’re ever in the Jigana area, you’ll probably see us around. It’s a quiet place, but there’s always something that needs a bit of attention. We just do our bit. We don't even have a website or anything too modern, just our physical presence here and some basic records.
