Vocovate E-Learning Solution Private Limited is based out of Radhakishorepur in South Tripura. We are at U2/1454, which is in the R.K. Pur area. It’s a quiet spot, and we share the space with Diptimoy Datta. We do everything through the internet, which is lucky because we are pretty far out from the big cities. We spend our days sitting in front of laptops, trying to figure out how to make online learning work for people. It’s not always easy with the power cuts we get sometimes. We have a few desks and a lot of cables everywhere. It’s a small operation, just a few of us working together. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. If the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. We started this because we like the idea of people being able to learn from home, just like we work from here. South Tripura is a nice place to live, even if it feels a bit disconnected sometimes. We keep our records in simple folders. There’s no big corporate strategy here. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and we do it. Sometimes we argue over which tea is better. It’s a real, messy, human kind of office. We just keep our heads down and keep building our online stuff. It takes time but we get there in the end. It is just us and our computers.
