It’s a lot of work keeping up with people coming in from all over. The weather here can be a bit unpredictable, especially during the rains, but we just get on with it. We aren't trying to be anything fancy, just a place for people to stop and eat or stay. The local vibe is what we have. Most of the staff are from around the Golaghat area. We started this because we wanted a business in our own town. NH 37 is the main lifeline here, so we see a lot. It’s a practical setup. We don't use big words or fancy ads. Usually, people just see the sign and pull in. Keeping the restaurant running takes up most of our morning. The hotel part is more about making sure rooms are ready. It’s honest work.
