If you head over to Akorhi Gola and ask for H No 224, you'll find Sri Ajay Kumar and the rest of us. We are Baradhi Agriculture Farmer Producer Company Limited. The village of Bararhi Gola is where we all stay. It’s a small community where everyone knows everyone else’s business. We decided to start this company to help the local farmers get their stuff out there. It’s basically just a group of neighbors. We don't have big marketing plans or anything like that. We just focus on the agriculture that happens in our fields. Some days are good and some are just plain tiring. We spend a lot of time talking about seeds, water, and where to sell the crops. It's a lot of back and forth, really. Being in the Tola area of the village means we are right where the work happens. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We are just folks from the village trying to make the farm life a bit easier for ourselves and our families. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. You won't find any slick sales talk here. We just tell it like it is and hope for the best with each harvest. That’s how we do things in our little corner of the world. It is hard work but it is our way of life.
