Suraj Cropsciences Pvt. Ltd. is out on the Godhra Halol Highway. Specifically, we are at Post Delol in the Kalol Taluka. Being in the Panchmahals district means we are surrounded by a lot of farmland and open space. The highway stays busy with big tankers and lorries passing by at all hours. Our facility is a large, practical space designed for dealing with agricultural products. It gets very hot during the summer months in Gujarat, and the wind blows a lot of dust across the highway into our yard. Most of the people working here come from the nearby villages around Godhra. We spend a lot of time checking on the stock and making sure everything is stored properly in the warehouse. There’s a certain smell of earth and chemicals that you get used to after a few days. We don't have a polished showroom; it's more about the labs and the storage areas where the real work happens. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because we are a bit far from the main city, but we manage. The gate stays open most of the day for deliveries coming in from the local farms. It’s a straightforward operation where we focus on the crops and the seasons. Life out here on the Godhra Halol Highway is tied to the weather and the local agriculture.
