Our shop, Bhaby Earthmoving Spare Parts, is located in Udalpur, which is in the Godhra taluka of the Panchmahal district. We are positioned quite near the Axis Bank branch here. Being in a smaller place like Udalpur means things are a bit more relaxed than in the big cities, but we still stay very busy every day. We mostly stock parts for the heavy machines used in construction and digging. Since there is always some work happening on the roads or nearby fields, people are always needing something replaced. We have a lot of shelves filled with metal parts, filters, and various bolts. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We aren't big on marketing or fancy displays. Most of our customers are local operators or mechanics who know exactly what they are looking for when they walk in. We just help them find the right piece. My family and I run the place, so it’s a real local effort. We’ve seen the area grow over the years, and more machines in the fields mean more work for us. The bank nearby is a good landmark because everyone in the village knows where it is. We spend most of our time checking inventory and talking to customers about their equipment needs. It’s a solid, humble business. We don’t use any complicated systems; we just know our stock and try to be as helpful as we can. That is how we’ve always done things here in Godhra.
