Best Bricks

You can find Best Bricks right on N.H.- 8, near the Post Office in Panchmal. Being near the highway makes it easy for the big trucks to get in and out without too much trouble. We spend most of our time out in the yard or near the kilns. It gets pretty hot during the firing process, but that’s how you get a decent brick. We don’t really do much advertising. People mostly just see the sign from the road or hear about us from their neighbors who built something recently. We have stacks of bricks sitting around in different stages. Some are still drying and some are ready to go. The weather really dictates our schedule. If it pours, we have to cover everything up fast. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We have a few steady customers who have been coming back for years whenever they have a new project. We don't have any fancy offices, just a small place to sit and talk about the numbers. It’s honest work. The bricks we make are used for all sorts of things, mostly local houses and some boundary walls. We try to be fair with everyone who stops by. It’s a lot of manual labor and long hours, especially when the demand is high in the building season. We just keep our heads down and do the work the best we can.
