Caid Foundation

Caid Foundation is located out in Gangta Khurd, specifically in the east gali near the Kali Mandir in Godda. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find once you get past the temple. We’ve been operating from this spot for a bit now. It’s a quiet enough area most days, though it can get a bit loud during the festivals at the mandir. Our office is just a basic room where we keep all our files and meet up to plan what we’re doing for the day. We aren't trying to be some big, flashy organization. We just do our work right here in Godda and try to keep things simple. Usually, one of us is there to open up in the morning, and we stay until the sun goes down. We deal with whatever comes through the door. The neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going by now. We don't have a big staff or anything, just a few local people who care about what happens in Gangta Khurd. Sometimes we sit outside and talk about the next steps over tea. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We don't use fancy software or have big meetings. We just talk and get to work. It’s been a learning process for all of us, figuring out the best way to handle the daily chores and the bigger projects without getting too overwhelmed by the paperwork.
