Our office for Aditi Janshi Construction Private Limited is right near the Hero showroom at Nahar Chouk in Godda. If you know that intersection, you know where we are. It’s a bit of a dusty spot with all the bikes and trucks going past. Subhash Chandra Yadav is the one who keeps things running around here. We aren't trying to be some massive company from the big city. We are just local people from Godda doing construction work where it’s needed. Sometimes we are working on a small house and other times it’s something bigger for the town. It gets really busy during the wedding season when everyone wants their renovations finished at the same time. We have a few guys who have been with us for years. They know how we work. It’s not always perfect and sometimes we run into problems with the ground or the materials, but we always find a way to fix it. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we get most of our jobs. You’ll find us at the office most mornings before the sun gets too high and we head out to the sites. It’s practical work. We use simple tools and traditional methods because that is what works best in this area. It’s just how we do things here in Godda.
