If you walk down the street opposite B.E.M. School, you’ll find our place at D.No. 23-4-8/1. It’s a busy little stretch, especially when the school bell rings and kids are everywhere. Our shop isn't much to look at from the outside, but we’ve got what people need. Most of the time, the counter is covered in phone parts, charging cables, and those little screwdrivers that always seem to go missing. It gets a bit cramped when three or four people come in at once wanting to pay a bill or fix a screen. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big waiting area with a TV. People usually just lean against the wall and chat while we work on things. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it keeps the air moving. Some days the internet goes slow and we have to explain to everyone why things are taking longer than usual. It’s just how it goes here. We see the same faces every week, mostly folks from the neighborhood who’ve been coming here for years. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trying to explain how a new SIM card works to someone who isn't interested in technology. We keep the shop open until late because that’s when most people have time to drop by after their own work is done.
