Compunnel Software Group Inc. is based out here in Pune, which is a city that never really seems to slow down anymore. We are surrounded by traffic, tech hubs, and a lot of students, so there is always a bit of energy in the air. Our day usually starts with the commute through the crowded Pune streets, which is a bit of a headache but just part of the life here. Once we get into the office, things settle down into the usual rhythm of software work. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking through problems that need fixing. It is not the kind of job that looks exciting from the outside, but it keeps us busy and the day goes by pretty fast. Pune has become such a huge center for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the hundreds of other companies nearby. We do not really go for the corporate polish or fancy speeches. We just like to sit down, do the coding or the support work, and then head out for some local snacks like misal pav when the shift is over. It is a straightforward setup with people who have lived in the city for years or moved here for the jobs. We have our own way of doing things, keeping it simple and practical without making it sound more complicated than it really is.
