Schindler Elevators

Our Goa office is located in Ponda, at F2 on the first floor of the Devendra Apartment. We are part of the Kurtarkar Nagari complex in Shanti Nagar. It is a fairly peaceful spot, which matches the name of the area. Unlike some of our busier city offices, the atmosphere here is a bit more relaxed, though we still keep quite busy. We manage the elevator service and installations across the state from this small flat. It has been converted into a working office with desks, a few computers, and a lot of binders full of technical specs. We do not have a big showroom or anything fancy. Usually, our team is out at different sites, so the office is often just a couple of us handling the phones and the scheduling. We have a small balcony where you can see the trees and hear the birds, which is a nice break from the typical office environment. The furniture is a mix of stuff we have gathered over the years. We keep a close eye on the projects from here and make sure our technicians have everything they need. It is a simple, no-nonsense way to run things. We like being in Ponda because it is central and lets us get to the north or south of Goa without too much trouble. It is a practical base for what we do, and it suits our small team well.
