Cipla Private Limited

Over here in Madgaon, we have got this branch of Cipla Private Limited. It is a pretty well-known name but on the ground here in Goa, it feels like just another part of the town. We show up every morning and get to work on whatever is on the schedule for that day. Madgaon is always busy with traffic and people moving around, so we are right in the middle of all that energy. The office isn't about being flashy or showing off to visitors. We just have our routines and we stick to them. Most of the people working here are local, so we talk about the same things everyone else does while we take our tea breaks. It is a practical kind of place. We handle the pharmaceutical side of things because that is what the company does, but we don't think about it in big grand terms. It is about getting the boxes moved or the files sorted. Sometimes the humidity makes it a bit sluggish in the afternoons, but we keep going. We don’t have a big marketing team here telling us what to say. We just know where the files are and what needs to happen by the time we close. It is a steady job in a steady town. We like the way things work here in Madgaon without needing to change much. It is just a bunch of regular people doing their bit for the company.
