Lupin Ltd, Goa

We are located in the Srinibas Building over in Nuvem, which is part of the Margao area in Goa. It’s a nice enough spot, right in the Rumder neighborhood. The building belongs to Saraswati Naik, and that’s where we set up our office. Even though some of our paperwork mentions Valsad and Gujarat, we are definitely here in Goa, feeling the humidity and the salt air. The building is a typical Goan structure, nothing too modern but it does the job for us. It can get pretty loud when the monsoon rains hit the roof, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our days mostly handling the local logistics and making sure everything is moving along. There’s a bakery down the road that smells like fresh bread every morning, which is a nice perk of being in this spot. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls, just some desks and our computers. It’s a very local feel here. Most of the people around know us by name, and we like that. It’s not the kind of place where you need a suit and tie. We just show up, do our work, and maybe have a tea break when things get a bit slow in the afternoon. It’s a simple setup in a good part of town, and we’re happy to be here doing our thing. We just focus on the daily tasks and stay busy.
