We are located over in Milan Nagar, which is a part of Goalpara. Our foundation has been here for a while, and most of the neighbors know us by now. The address is 783121 if you are looking it up on a map. We spend our days working on education and research stuff, though it probably looks like just a lot of reading and writing to anyone passing by. Our office in Goalpara is pretty simple. We have some bookshelves and some old desks that have seen better days. It isn’t a corporate environment by any stretch of the imagination. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and go home. Sometimes people drop by to ask questions about our research or just to say hello. We don't have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who live nearby. It gets hot in the afternoons here in Assam, so we usually take things a bit slower then. We don't put out fancy brochures or use a lot of complicated language. We just like to keep things straightforward and honest. Being in Milan Nagar makes it easy for locals to find us. We’ve grown attached to this little corner of Goalpara. There is always a stack of papers somewhere that needs sorting, and that is basically our daily life. It’s practical work for practical people, and we don't try to make it sound like anything more than it is. We just do the work.
