Akin Bricks Industries

Our place, Akin Bricks Industries, is located in Village Kharmuza. It is part of the Kharmuza Taluka, and we are quite close to the Makrilakhipur Road. Being out in the village means we have plenty of space for the kilns and the stacks. The air is a bit clearer out here, though the dust from the bricks is always around. We started this because there was a need for good building materials in this part of the region. Most of the people who work here are from the village itself. We know each other well, which makes the long days go by faster. The road to Makrilakhipur gets a bit bumpy, especially after the rains, but the trucks manage it okay. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People just know we are here. Sometimes a farmer will stop by because they need to build a new shed, or a local contractor will come for a big load. We spend a lot of time checking the clay and making sure the firing is done right. It is a slow process, but you can't rush it if you want the bricks to hold up. We keep a simple routine every day. Wake up early, check the fires, and start the loading. It is what we have done for years, and it works for us. My dog usually sleeps by the main gate and barks at the tractor drivers.
