Our office is located at House Number 247 in Dias Waddo, which is in Nagoa, Bardez. Being here in Goa is a bit different from the big cities. The pace is a little slower, but we still stay plenty busy with construction work. Prajacta Shirodkar is usually around handling the paperwork and keeping things on track. Our building is a typical Goan house that we’ve used for the business for a long time. It feels more like a home than an office, which suits us just fine. We spend our days talking to local builders and checking on various sites around the village. The salt air can be tough on the equipment, so we’re always fixing something. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything like that. People usually find us by asking around the waddo. We grew up here, so we know most of the families in the area. It is important to us to do work that fits in with the neighborhood. Sometimes the rains stop everything for a few days, but that is just life in this part of India. We don't use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just building things and looking after the properties we manage. It’s a good way to make a living and we enjoy being part of the community. We just keep things moving as best we can.
