Zarina Beauty Saloon

Zarina Beauty Saloon is in Kamat Plaza over in Panjim. We are right opposite the Ganesh Temple in St Inez, which makes us pretty easy to find if you’re in this part of Goa. The salon isn't huge, but we have enough space for a few chairs and the equipment we need. We’ve been running this place for a good number of years now. Most of the women who come in are locals who live nearby or work in the offices around Panjim. We do the usual stuff like haircuts, threading, and simple facials. It’s a practical setup without any of those expensive decorations you see in the big malls. We open early because some people like to come in before they start their day. On weekends, it gets quite hectic and the shop feels a bit small, but we manage. You can hear the bells from the temple sometimes, which is nice. We don't really do any big advertisements or have a social media page. Most people find us because their friend told them about us or they just saw the sign while walking past. We just try to do a decent job so people come back next month. It’s just a regular beauty shop run by local people. We know our regulars and what they like, which makes the day go by faster. Our space is clean and we keep our tools ready for whoever walks in. It’s a simple business that has served the St Inez area for a long time.
