Sanjeevani Editors

We’ve been working out of S1 Melissa Green Vally in Cortalim for a while now. Sanjeevani Editors is just a small group of us handling various editing tasks. The office is in the Pazinter area, which is actually quite peaceful most days. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything like that. It’s just a simple room with a few desks and some old computers that we use for our work. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the trees around the valley, but we get by. We aren't some big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It is usually just two or three of us sitting here quietly. We spend most of our time reading through manuscripts or checking files. It can be a bit tedious but we enjoy the quiet rhythm of it. The walk to the office is nice since it is a green area. We don’t really do any big advertising. Most people who need something edited just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We have a lot of books stacked up against the walls because we ran out of shelf space months ago. The air gets a bit damp during the monsoon season, so we have to be careful with the papers. It’s a very basic setup. We have a small kettle for making tea during our breaks. We aren't trying to change the world. We just like making sure the text is right before it goes out. It’s just our little spot in Cortalim.
