Universal Construction Machinery & Equipment Ltd. is located in the Models Paradise building, 7B/S1. We are situated right behind Hotel Goa International in the Tonca area of Miramar. It’s a good location being so close to the coast, though we spend more time looking at machinery than the beach. Our daily routine involves a lot of talk about construction gear. We handle everything from mixers to smaller tools that contractors might need on a site. The office here is usually full of people coming in to check on equipment or discuss some technical specs. It gets a bit loud when we have the bigger machines being moved nearby, but you get used to it. We don't go in for fancy presentations. If someone wants to know how a piece of equipment works, we just go out and show them. It’s more practical that way. We have a small team here in Goa, and most of us have been in this industry for a long time. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the way buildings are put up around here. Our job is just to make sure the right tools are available when a project starts. It’s hard work, and the salt air isn't always great for the metal, so we spend a lot of time on maintenance too. Most days end with us cleaning up the shop for the next morning.
